This is a 22min energy-building, feminine empowerment yoga flow to leave you feeling blissfully feminine and strong from the inside out. In this 20min yoga practice, we begin with hip circles, sensually opening this feminine centre. We then move through spinal flows, creating waves with the spine, before moving through standing sequences. These sequences build gradually, starting with a flow to bring movement to the body, moving to strong balancing poses and longer holds to ignite your inner Goddess fire.
This is yoga for beginners and is suitable for all levels. I recommend this as a daytime yoga practice, but it can be practiced at whatever time of day. This 25 minute morning yoga stretch is a full body yoga flow to wake up and energize the whole body. It has been designed to stretch out your whole body and get the energy circling around. We begin by flowing through gentle movements on the mat, warming the body up slowly and gently with stretches for the hips, hamstrings and lower back. We then slowly roll out any tension and tightness from the back and open the shoulders and chest. 25min Heartfelt Yoga Flow ~ Centre your Attention | Ground & Bloom Yoga
This yoga flow has been designed to bring your attention back inwards, back into your heart. In today’s busy world, our attention is forever being pulled in different directions. But in this yoga class, we bring our full attention back to ourselves. We start by connecting to the heart, then we flow through some mindful Hatha sun salutations, making sure to flow with body and breath in harmony. We then modify the sun salutations, adding heart-opening grounded poses to open up through the chest. We then modify the sun salutation sequence once more, adding kneeling poses to stretch out the side body. We end with one more sun salutation variety, rising to standing poses, generating a little heat and strength in the legs. We then finish the class with some deep backbends, including bridge pose and wheel pose before resetting the spine with knees hugged into the chest. I then leave you to rest in Savasana, guiding you to reconnect to your heart space. Guiding you to place all your attention there, so your mind can rest, can become still, as you control your attention.

25min Yoga Flow | Flow with Body & Breath | Ground & Bloom Yoga
This yoga flow has been designed to flow with the smooth rhythm of the breath, creating a link between breath and movement. We move through grounding balancing poses, kneeling poses, then raise up to leg poses and standing balancing poses. We flow through sequences twice, once on each side, allowing the sequence to become known and smooth, and creating harmony and balance on each side of the body. Dancer’s pose is the peak pose for the class, where we play with this balancing posture twice on each side. We then end with some twists and deep stretches, grounding ourselves back to the mat, before ending with a relaxing savasana to the sounds of nature around, where I guide you once again to connect with your breath.

This yoga flow has been designed to help you tune into the sensations you feel in both your outer, physical body, as well as the more subtle sensations you feel within. We connect with both, then move mindfully through a long sequence of poses, on each side of the body. We end with some gentle twists to bring balance back to the body and then rest in Savasana, listening to the natural sounds of the surroundings. 20min Full Body Yoga Flow | Yoga to Stretch & Smile
This yoga flow has been designed to stretch and strengthen all areas of the body. We begin by stretching out the legs with deep hamstring stretches, then flow through sequences that open up the body, performing yoga for flexibility and greater range of movement. Once the body has warmed up, we then move to yoga for strength poses, incorporating yoga to strengthen thighs, quads and biceps. Throughout, we raise the energy upwards, making us feel happy and smile. We end with 5 minutes of deep and slow stretching to bring harmony and balance back to the body and calm the nervous system. We then rest in Savasana, listening to the natural sounds of the surroundings, including traditional Indonesian music which can be heard in the background.

20min Evening Yoga | Sunset Yoga | Slow Flow Yoga Video
This evening yoga video has been designed to relax and wind you down for a peaceful evening. We begin with some mindful deep breathing, breathwork that calms the nervous system and signals our bodies to relax. We then stretch out the upper body, followed by the middle body, and end with the lower body for a full body stretch. We end with 5 minutes of deep stretching to remove any stress and tension from the body. The final moments will be in savasana, listening to the natural sounds of the surroundings.

10min Beach-Side Guided Meditation
This short 10 minute meditation has been designed to offer you an efficient, deep, full body relaxation. We will begin by feeling the gentle sun’s warmth on our bodies, feeling how it relaxes every part of our front body, and our back body. Our whole body, our whole being, becomes completely relaxed. We will then bring our attention to our breathing. Noticing how the breath moves our body like the gentle ebb and flow of the ocean. As we feel the connection with our body and breath, we will smile, and enter into this peaceful realm for a couple of minutes. You will have the opportunity to remain in this deep peace, or I will gently guide you back to your surroundings.
May you leave this practice feeling deeply, truly, and fully relaxed in your heart, body and mind.

We will then flow through two sequences that take us from grounded poses to standing, raising our energy upwards. We will then end with 5 minutes of deep stretching to really stretch out the whole body, before enjoying a relaxing savasana to the natural sounds of the surroundings. This meditative Yin Yoga class has been designed for you to experience serene presence. We’ll spend time in each pose to blissfully stretch deep into the body, and tune into the wonderful sensations we feel throughout our body. The more aware we become of the ever-changing sensations flowing through our body, the more present we become. I will then give a short presence meditation by peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh during Savasana at the end.
