35min Sunday Morning Yoga Stretch + Breathwork | Ground & Bloom Yoga
This 35 minute Sunday morning yoga stretch is a full body yoga flow to wake up and energize the whole body. We begin with some breathwork practices, including yogic breathing and Bhastrika breath, plus a 45 second breath retention. We practice breathwork to calm the nervous system and connect to our bodies. We then warm up the neck and spine, before moving to stretches for the legs and hips. We flow through three sequences on the mat, ending in a standing sequence. This class can be taken at any time of day, but I recommend trying this as a Sunday morning yoga practice. This is yoga with music that gently calms the mind. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing the whole body.
