25min Yoga Flow | Flow with Body & Breath | Ground & Bloom Yoga
This yoga flow has been designed to flow with the smooth rhythm of the breath, creating a link between breath and movement. We move through grounding balancing poses, kneeling poses, then raise up to leg poses and standing balancing poses. We flow through sequences twice, once on each side, allowing the sequence to become known and smooth, and creating harmony and balance on each side of the body. Dancer’s pose is the peak pose for the class, where we play with this balancing posture twice on each side. We then end with some twists and deep stretches, grounding ourselves back to the mat, before ending with a relaxing savasana to the sounds of nature around, where I guide you once again to connect with your breath.
