20min Full Body Yoga Flow | Yoga to Stretch & Smile
This yoga flow has been designed to stretch and strengthen all areas of the body. We begin by stretching out the legs with deep hamstring stretches, then flow through sequences that open up the body, performing yoga for flexibility and greater range of movement. Once the body has warmed up, we then move to yoga for strength poses, incorporating yoga to strengthen thighs, quads and biceps. Throughout, we raise the energy upwards, making us feel happy and smile. We end with 5 minutes of deep and slow stretching to bring harmony and balance back to the body and calm the nervous system. We then rest in Savasana, listening to the natural sounds of the surroundings, including traditional Indonesian music which can be heard in the background.
