25min Full Body Relaxing Yoga Flow ~ Yoga to Reconnect with Yourself | Ground & Bloom Yoga

This relaxing yoga flow has been designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body and your mind. We begin by connecting to the ebb and flow of the breath, moving through poses slowly and mindfully, always flowing with the breath. We then move through kneeling poses and progress to leg and standing poses. The class is set to relaxing music to help you stay centered and calm. Finally,  we end with a blissful Savasana where we relax the whole body and the mind.


May you enjoy this yoga class and feel more relaxed and connected to yourself.
