25min Full Body Slow Flow Yoga ~ Inner Peace | Ground & Bloom Yoga
This slow yoga flow has been designed to draw your attention back inwards, so you can experience a deeper sense of inner calm and peace. We begin in child’s pose, a naturally inward-facing posture, where we connect with ourselves before moving into the main practice. We then slowly transition to gentle hip and back movements, waking up the spine. From here, we move into a low-to-the-ground sequence with a focus on opening up the hips. We then transition to standing poses, firing up the legs for the day ahead. Finally we end with standing and seated chest opening poses, before finishing in Happy Baby and then a blissful Savasana.
