15min Radiance Morning Yoga Flow

This morning yoga class has been designed to radiate energy from the bottom of our toes to the tips of our fingers. We will dive right into some modified sun salutations, welcoming in the new day. We will then flow through two sequences that take us from grounded poses to standing, raising our energy upwards. We will then end with 5 minutes of deep stretching to really stretch out the whole body, before enjoying a relaxing savasana to the natural sounds of the surroundings. During the savasana, I invite you to meditate on the relaxing warmth of the sun, using this to enter into a deeper state of bliss.
