    30min Tranquil Soul Yoga ~ Soul Nourishing Yoga Class


    This is a 30min slow flow yoga class that will leave your whole body, mind and soul feeling tranquil and nourished. In this 30min soul nourishing yoga practice we will begin seated, warming up the spine, chest and shoulders in a slow, harmonious flow. We will then transition to sun salutations, lightly energizing the body, before moving into a nourishing light strength flow. There is one challenging section, just to give the soul a moment to feel proud. 


    This is yoga for beginners and is suitable for all levels. I recommend this as an evening yoga practice, but it can be practiced at whatever time of day, whenever you need to feel tranquil and calm. This at home yoga class is set to music and will beautifully stretch your body and calm your mind, all at once. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing your whole body.

    Gentle Full Body Nourishing Yoga for Soothing Body & Mind


    This is a slow and gentle 25min feel nourished yoga flow that will leave your body feeling beautifully soothed and your mind feeling calm. We begin with some peaceful pranayama breathwork, breathing together to align ourselves completely. We then flow through seated sequences, targeting the neck, back, shoulders, chest and hands, before moving to kneeling positions to stretch the hips, quads and hamstrings. We will wind down the class with seated and reclining poses, allowing you to feel the calm energy radiating around your body. 


    This is an undemanding slow flow yoga class for beginners and is suitable for all levels. I recommend this as an evening yoga practice, but it can be practiced at whatever time of day, when you need to feel calm and soothed.     Undemanding Morning Slow Flow Yoga for a Calm Start (25mins)


    This is a beautiful 25 minute slow and undemanding yoga flow designed to offer you a soothing full body yoga stretch. We begin with seated movements to wake up the spine and the hips, before raising the energy upwards as we transition into kneeling poses. We remain with knees grounded on the mat for extra ease, moving through kneeling Warrior poses, deliciously stretching out the hamstrings, the quads, the hips, the chest, and the side body. We will wrap up with some deep hold stretches to soothe and nourish the body even more, and then end with a blissful Savasana at the end.

    This 35 minute Sunday morning yoga stretch is a full body yoga flow to wake up and energize the whole body. We begin with some breathwork practices, including yogic breathing and Bhastrika breath, plus a 45 second breath retention. We practice breathwork to calm the nervous system and connect to our bodies. We then warm up the neck and spine, before moving to stretches for the legs and hips. We flow through three sequences on the mat, ending in a standing sequence. This class can be taken at any time of day, but I recommend trying this as a Sunday morning yoga practice. This is yoga with music that gently calms the mind. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing the whole body.     This 20 minute deeply relaxing yoga for stress relief has been designed to ease tightness from key areas of the body that store tension: the hips, hamstrings, shoulders and face. We begin by calming the breath with a couple of minutes of nadi sodhana breathwork, calming the nervous system and signalling the body to relax. Staying connected to the breath, we breathe deep into each pose, opening into greater ranges of movement and peace. This is a full body yoga flow, but we remain grounded on the mat for greater support and ease after a stressful day. This class can be taken at any time of the day, but I recommend trying this as an evening yoga practice. This is yoga with music that gently calms the mind. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing the whole body into the earth.

    This slow yoga flow has been designed to draw your attention back inwards, so you can experience a deeper sense of inner calm and peace. We begin in child’s pose, a naturally inward-facing posture, where we connect with ourselves before moving into the main practice. We then slowly transition to gentle hip and back movements, waking up the spine. From here, we move into a low-to-the-ground sequence with a focus on opening up the hips. We then transition to standing poses, firing up the legs for the day ahead. Finally we end with standing and seated chest opening poses, before finishing in Happy Baby and then a blissful Savasana.
