28min Yin Yoga for Stress Cleansing + Sun Salutations
This Yin Yoga class has been designed to cleanse away stress and wrap your body in love and relaxation.
We will start with some gentle movement and deep breathing, slowly winding down into deep stretches that target key areas that store a lot of tension: the shoulders, chest, lower back, hips and gut. As we calm our nervous system, we shift into rest and recovery mode, which helps us more effectively manage stress, sleep better, heighten our brain performance, and as a result, making us happier and healthier overall. We will end with a deep relaxation Savasana, leaving you feeling calm and peaceful for the rest of your day.
