20min Slow Flow Yoga for Inner Strength & Focus + Balancing Poses
This yoga class has been designed to provide you with a stable, calm and grounded foundation for your day ahead. We will take time to feel into poses, feeling grounded through the mat, then test our balance with these strong foundations. We will move from grounded, mat-based flows, to standing and then balancing poses. We will then end with 5 minutes of deep stretching to really stretch out the whole body. The final moments will be in savasana, listening to the natural sounds of the surroundings, allowing you to completely rest after the class.
