20min Mindful Yoga Flow | Inner Connection | Ground & Bloom Yoga

This yoga flow has been designed to help you tune into the sensations you feel in both your outer, physical body, as well as the more subtle sensations you feel within. We connect with both, then move mindfully through a long sequence of poses, on each side of the body. We end with some gentle twists to bring balance back to the body and then rest in Savasana, listening to the natural sounds of the surroundings. May you enjoy this mindful yoga class and feel beautifully connected to your inner and outer worlds.
