25min Yin Yoga for Releasing & Letting Go + Yoga Nidra

This Yin Yoga class has been designed to release any physical tension from the body and mental tension in the mind. We'll stretch deep into key areas that store a lot of tension: the hips, shoulders and neck, and explore ancient wisdom for removing mental tension. There will be a relaxing yoga nidra style relaxation at the end, leaving you feeling completely relaxed so you can continue your day with a sense of lightness and ease.
