60min Full Body Yin Yoga Meditation for Deep Mind & Body Relaxation
This is a 60min full body yin yoga class that will leave your whole body feeling beautifully relaxed and your mind in a beautiful state of meditation. In this complete 1 hour yin yoga session we will begin with calming breathwork, and then move on to stretch out tension from the neck, shoulders, chest, back, hips, legs, side body and feet. Throughout the class, I will guide you as to how to better perform the stretches for a deeper result, and explain some of the principles and benefits of yin yoga so you can learn the benefits of yin yoga for the body and the mind.
I will guide you into each pose mindfully, cueing you which areas you can relax to release further tension.
This is a beginner’s yin yoga yoga class and is suitable for all levels. This yin yoga class is set to music and will beautifully stretch your body and calm your mind, all at once. We will end with a blissful Savasana and guided meditation, relaxing your whole body.
