25min Rise & Shine Morning Yoga Flow
This morning yoga class has been designed to raise the energy in your body for your day ahead. We will start with seated postures, grounding ourselves into the present moment with breath awareness and slow movement. We will then flow through sequences that move us from seated to standing, raising the energy up through the body. As we ground and control the energy, we will explore some standing balances that can be modified to suit how you feel. We will then end with 5 minutes of deep stretching to really stretch out the whole body, before enjoying a relaxing savasana to the natural sounds of the surroundings.
