Undemanding Morning Slow Flow Yoga for a Calm Start (25mins)
This is a beautiful 25 minute slow and undemanding yoga flow designed to offer you a soothing full body yoga stretch. We begin with seated movements to wake up the spine and the hips, before raising the energy upwards as we transition into kneeling poses. We remain with knees grounded on the mat for extra ease, moving through kneeling Warrior poses, deliciously stretching out the hamstrings, the quads, the hips, the chest, and the side body. We will wrap up with some deep hold stretches to soothe and nourish the body even more, and then end with a blissful Savasana at the end.
