25min Goddess Yoga Flow To Calm Your Mind & Centre Your Soul

This is a gentle 25 minute yoga flow designed to connect you to your calm and centred inner Goddess. We incorporate hip movements, spinal waves and smooth transitions to connect to and bring out the inner feminine. Of course, we incorporate the Goddess yoga pose in this sequence, also feeling our inner fire and strength. We wrap up the practice with long hold stretches, releasing any tension and allowing a greater range of movement in the body. At the end, we relax in a blissful Savasana, connecting with our sacred heartspace, feeling qualities of compassion and unconditional love.
