27min Yin Yoga for Serene Presence + Meditation
This meditative Yin Yoga class has been designed for you to experience serene presence. We’ll spend time in each pose to blissfully stretch deep into the body, and tune into the wonderful sensations we feel throughout our body. The more aware we become of the ever-changing sensations flowing through our body, the more present we become. I will then give a short presence meditation by peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh during Savasana at the end.
How wonderful it feels to be beautifully present.
