20min Grounding Vinyasa Yoga to Calm Your Mind and Body in 20 Minutes
This is a grounding vinyasa yoga flow designed to calm your mind and body in 20 minutes. We begin with soothing breathwork to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, signaling the body to relax. We then do some grounding gentle yoga seated poses before raising up to kneeling poses, offering a deep and full body stretch. To keep us calm and grounded, we stay on the mat. There are no standing poses in this sequence.
This is a beginner’s yoga class, and is suitable for all levels. This is a slow yoga vinyasa flow with no music, just the beautiful sounds of my surroundings. This class will beautifully stretch your body and calm your mind, all at once. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing the whole body.
If you'd like a grounding yoga sequence with no standing poses, this class is for you.
