20min Evening Yoga | Sunset Yoga | Slow Flow Yoga Video
This evening yoga video has been designed to relax and wind you down for a peaceful evening. We begin with some mindful deep breathing, breathwork that calms the nervous system and signals our bodies to relax. We then stretch out the upper body, followed by the middle body, and end with the lower body for a full body stretch. We end with 5 minutes of deep stretching to remove any stress and tension from the body. The final moments will be in savasana, listening to the natural sounds of the surroundings.
May you enjoy this sunset yoga flow and feel deeply relaxed and peaceful at the end of the class.
