Gentle Full Body Nourishing Yoga for Soothing Body & Mind


This is a slow and gentle 25min feel nourished yoga flow that will leave your body feeling beautifully soothed and your mind feeling calm. We begin with some peaceful pranayama breathwork, breathing together to align ourselves completely. We then flow through seated sequences, targeting the neck, back, shoulders, chest and hands, before moving to kneeling positions to stretch the hips, quads and hamstrings. We will wind down the class with seated and reclining poses, allowing you to feel the calm energy radiating around your body. 


This is an undemanding slow flow yoga class for beginners and is suitable for all levels. I recommend this as an evening yoga practice, but it can be practiced at whatever time of day, when you need to feel calm and soothed. This at home yoga class is set to music and will beautifully stretch your body and calm your mind, all at once. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing your whole body.
