30min Tranquil Soul Yoga ~ Soul Nourishing Yoga Class
This is a 30min slow flow yoga class that will leave your whole body, mind and soul feeling tranquil and nourished. In this 30min soul nourishing yoga practice we will begin seated, warming up the spine, chest and shoulders in a slow, harmonious flow. We will then transition to sun salutations, lightly energizing the body, before moving into a nourishing light strength flow. There is one challenging section, just to give the soul a moment to feel proud.
This is yoga for beginners and is suitable for all levels. I recommend this as an evening yoga practice, but it can be practiced at whatever time of day, whenever you need to feel tranquil and calm. This at home yoga class is set to music and will beautifully stretch your body and calm your mind, all at once. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing your whole body.
