25min Gentle Yoga Stretch | Yoga for Comfort and Nourishment | Yoga for Beginners
This gentle yoga flow has been designed to move the body with ease, soothing the whole body with maximum care. We begin by tuning into our heart space, connecting mind, body and breath, then by moving through postures that gently warm up the body but keep us grounded on the mat for that extra support and comfort today. We end with 5 minutes of deep stretching to increase flexibility and movement, and then rest in Savasana, listening to the natural sounds of the surroundings.
May you enjoy this gentle slow flow yoga and feel nourishingly stretched and relaxed for the rest of your day.
