30min Sunrise Slow Flow Yoga + Sun Salutations
This slow flow yoga class has been designed to gently warm up your whole body. We will flow through sequences mindfully, learning correct alignment in each pose and making adjustments to feel their deep benefits.
We will start with sun salutations to welcome in the new day, bringing energy to our bodies and to our outlook. We will then flow through three different standing sequences, followed by 5 minutes of deep stretching to bring balance back into the body. We will end the class with a short guided meditation and relaxing savasana, to the natural sounds of the surroundings.
May you enjoy this practice and begin your day feeling well stretched, relaxed and peaceful.
