20min Softly Energizing Yoga Flow to Boost Your Morning Energy

This is a softly energizing yoga flow that will give you a wonderful boost of energy to start your day. This 20 minute morning stretch has been designed as a full body stretch, to wake up your whole body. We start gentle, with grounded poses on the mat and gradually make our way to standing. Then we move mindfully through some modified sun salutations, beginning to increase the heat and energy in the body. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing the whole body. 


This slow yoga vinyasa flow with music will beautifully stretch your body and calm your mind, all at once. This is a beginner’s yoga class, but is suitable for all levels.
