15min Morning Yoga Flow ~ Nourishing Full Body Yoga Flow | Ground & Bloom Yoga

This 15 minute short yoga flow has been designed as a morning stretch, to wake up your whole body. We begin in child’s pose with deep abdominal breathing and then flow through different mat-based poses, before rising to standing poses. Your whole body will feel deliciously nourished and stretched after this class. This is a beginner’s yoga class, but is suitable for all levels. I recommend trying this as a Monday morning yoga flow practice. This is yoga set to music that gently calms the mind. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing the whole body.
