20min Full Body Morning Yoga Flow + Sun Salutations

This morning yoga class has been designed to warm up the whole body for the day ahead. We will start with some modified sun salutations, greeting the sun and the new day. We will then flow through sequences that take us through standing positions, twists, low positions and seated - warming up the whole body through a variety of poses and movements. We will then end with 5 minutes of deep stretching to really stretch out the whole body.


May you enjoy this practice and feel warmed up and ready for the rest of your day.
