25min Feel Energized Yoga Routine ~ Stretch & Flow

Join me for a 25-minute feel energized yoga routine that will help you stretch and flow. This full-body stretch will leave you feeling revitalized and ready to take on the day!


We begin with seated movements to wake up the spine and the hips, before rising the energy upwards as we transition into energy boosting standing poses. We will end with a short core workout to boost creativity and passion before ending with a blissful Savasana at the end. 


My intention is for you to leave feeling gently boosted, ready to face the day ahead with a steady and calm mind.
