26min Yin Yoga for Inner Calm + Chakra Meditation
This Yin Yoga class will help you experience a deep sense of inner calm. We will flow through poses that naturally take our gaze and attention inwards, allowing us to tune into our bodies and the peace we find within. We will stretch the whole body, from head to toe, leaving with you a feeling of full-body serenity. Throughout the practice, we will take an inner journey, tuning into ever more subtle sensations in the body, and end with a short chakra meditation; channeling inner stability and security, creativity and passion, confidence and strength, and love, compassion and forgiveness.
May you enjoy this practice and feel a deep sense of inner calm at the end.
