25min Morning Yoga Flow ~ Yoga to Stretch and Energise | Ground & Bloom Yoga
This 25 minute morning yoga stretch is a full body yoga flow to wake up and energize the whole body. It has been designed to stretch out your whole body and get the energy circling around. We begin by flowing through gentle movements on the mat, warming the body up slowly and gently with stretches for the hips, hamstrings and lower back. We then slowly roll out any tension and tightness from the back and open the shoulders and chest. We then flow through a standing sequence designed to radiate energy through the legs, the lower body and the upper body, before finishing with an energizing backbend and spinal twists to neutralize the spine. This class can be taken at any time of day, but I recommend trying this as a morning yoga practice. It can also be enjoyed as yoga for beginners. This is yoga with music that gently calms the mind. We will end with a blissful Savasana, relaxing the whole body into the earth.
