30min Full Body Yin Yoga Without Props ~ Tension Release
This is an any time yin yoga full body stretch, with long hold stretches to soothe the back, neck, hips and legs. This 30 min full body yin yoga class will help you improve mobility, improve flexibility, and improve mental clarity. Throughout the class, I will talk about the principles and benefits of yin yoga so you can learn the benefits of yin yoga for the muscles, joints, connective tissues and bones.
I will guide you into each pose mindfully, cueing you which areas you can relax to release further tension.
This is a beginner’s yin yoga yoga class and is suitable for all levels. This yin yoga class is set to music and will beautifully stretch your body and calm your mind, all at once. We will end with a blissful Savasana and guided meditation, relaxing your whole body.
